Role Overview

 We are looking for a Product Manager who can conceptualize and execute technology-driven solutions for the construction ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of construction, product innovation, and business strategy, translating real-world construction challenges into scalable tech products that add measurable value.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment — ideal for someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept to prototype to market.

Key Responsibilities

•  Market Understanding: Deeply understand pain points in the Indian construction ecosystem — across stakeholders such as builders, contractors, architects, and material suppliers.
• Product Strategy: Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with company vision and market needs.
• Ideation & Conceptualization: Conceptualize digital tools, platforms, or integrations that can streamline processes such as procurement, collaboration, design visualization, project tracking, and sustainability.
• User-Centric Design: Work closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, industry-friendly interfaces.
• Tech Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to translate ideas into tangible product features and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Pilot & Feedback: Run pilot programs with real-world construction stakeholders to test and refine product features.
• Data & Analytics: Track user engagement, adoption metrics, and ROI to guide iterative improvements.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; MBA or Product Management certification is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction, project management, or ConTech/startup product roles. Proven experience taking a digital product from concept to launch.

Skills

• Strong understanding of construction workflows and stakeholder dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Notion, Figma, etc.).
• Understanding of technologies like IoT, BIM, AI, AR/VR, or SaaS platforms for construction is a plus.
